Your quietest asset is about to become your strongest.
Maya Data Privacy is a European deep-tech company for enterprise AI, founded in Dublin in 2022. Its software lets organisations — from global enterprises to smaller, growing firms — use AI on sensitive data without exposing it. In production across five countries, inside SAP, AWS and Microsoft.
The people behind it.
The people who built Maya spent their careers inside the systems large organisations depend on — SAP, Honeywell, and regulated estates across enterprise technology, finance and healthcare. Between them they carry decades in enterprise architecture, data privacy and cryptography, and in scaling companies, spread across Ireland, Germany, Poland and India.
They are advised by people who have shaped the SAP ecosystem, healthcare technology and Europe's deep-tech landscape — including figures from DSAG, the SAP Innovation Center, ICON Plc and Enterprise Ireland.
What holds the team together isn't a category or a market. It's a shared refusal to accept that protecting data and using it have to be opposites.
For most of my career I built and repaired the systems large organisations run on. You come to know a company that way — what it's proud of, and what it quietly worries about.
One thing never sat right with me. The most valuable thing a company owned — everything it had learned, decided, survived — was usually the thing it was most afraid to touch. All that hard-won knowledge, kept safe by keeping it useless. It felt like guarding a lantern by never letting it be lit.
For years I accepted it as the way things were. That ended the day I realised I simply didn't believe it anymore. I left work I was good at to sit with this one problem instead — because some problems, once you truly see them, quietly become yours to answer.
I still spend most days close to it: with the engineers, and with the people who look at their own data, know what it could tell them, and aren't allowed to ask. That look is why I'm still here.
Three convictions we build on
Your intelligence is the asset
Protecting data is table stakes. What actually matters is that your company's judgement stays yours.
Protect it before it moves
Safety applied before data leaves is the only kind that holds. Everything after the fact is cleanup.
Never locked in
The AI models will keep changing. The layer that protects you shouldn't be one of the things that changes.
Vetted by the platforms enterprises already run on
Being built into the SAP, AWS and Microsoft ecosystems means our solution was reviewed by the platforms your enterprise already depends on.
Not a roadmap. A referenceable result.
This project really set us apart from similar organisations facing the same challenges. Such an advanced solution not only strengthens data security and compliance, but empowers healthcare institutions to responsibly maximise the potential of their data assets.
Choose the way in that suits you
Three low-risk on-ramps — whether you want to map a use case, review the security first, or hear it from a customer.
Show us a use case
Tell us one AI use case. We'll map what stays in, what goes out, and what a four-week pilot would cost.

For security & privacy teams: the controls, re-identification and audit model — before any meeting.
Ask for the brief →Talk to a client
Not a salesperson. We'll connect you with an organisation running Maya in production.
Request a reference call →Tell us where AI is touching sensitive data
We'll show you what Maya would keep inside, what it would let out, and what a four-week pilot would cost.
